KEXP operates one of the most influential listener-supported radio stations in the world, 90.3 KEXP-FM Seattle, with online and on-air service reaching over 200,000 global listeners each week. KEXP’s unique services are designed to benefit three distinct groups: Music Lovers, Artists, and the Arts Community. For all those who believe in the power of music to inspire, heal and bring joy to everyday living.

Artist Statement: A diffusing locket encrusted with forget-me-nots, designed to hang at the heart, in which to store memories of precious people. This locket is hand constructed from sterling silver with over 30 hand cut flowers meticulously formed and painted. Smell being the strongest tie to memory, the locket is pierced to allow a fragrance placed inside to drift out. When not worn, the chain can be stored inside while the locket is displayed on a simple stand. I am blessed to have many friends. Over the years, nearly all of them have at one time or another, in one way or another, contributed to the success of Danaca Design Studio. Remembering the love and support I have received over the past 18 years washes away the stress of my everyday struggle. This locket is designed to keep such precious memories vibrant.
