This is a unique circa 1890's Art Nouveau antique gold tone locket chatelaine or fob.  It's an interesting piece in good condition, just light age appropriate wear; such as minor dings.  No rust or corrosion.

The piece has a push top release that works perfectly to open the compact.  It has a chain attached that is removable with a lobster clasp.

The holder measures 2 inches in length by 1 3/8ths inches in width by 1/2 inch in thickness not including the top bail.

A wonderful and very unique piece for your collection.  We found no hallmarks on this piece, however most of these pieces were made in Europe.
