The Antique Marble used for these Mosaic Table Tops refers to marble extracted in the period included between the Roman Age and the XVII century. Galleria San Francesco in Assisi searches for those precious marbles to accurately reproduce motifs that were created in the past. The marble used for these tables, Palomino, Carrara, Porphyry, Lapis Lazuli, etc., is all reclaimed marble and the pattern settings you see come from skilled hand cutting to get a table that is very solid and rigorously handmade.
